To fund our existing programs as well as expand our student services contribution to help fund/boost the student pantry, the Kentwood PTSA is holding a direct donation fall fundraiser. Here's how it works:

  • Does your employer have a matching donation program? Boeing, Starbucks, Microsoft, Wells Fargo, King County, Alaska Airlines, Liberty Mutual, Key Bank, and many more offer this benefit. At Boeing, for example, you can make a donation directly through their system or submit a receipt and they will match a donation you have already made. As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, you can find us listed as Kentwood Community PTSA 9.7.120.

  • There are 3 other ways to make a donation:

    • Zelle – If your bank offers the Zelle service, you can donate money to us completely fee-free. Search for the Kentwood Community PTSA and use the email address treasurer@kentwoodcommunityptsa.org.

    • Square – Donate via https://kentwood-community-ptsa.square.site

    • Check – You can write a check made out to the Kentwood Community PTSA and either mail it to us (PO Box 6165, Kent, WA 98064), deliver it to the PTSA mailbox at school, or hand-deliver it at our meeting on October 11 at 7 pm.

Please note that the Senior Celebration committee will be holding a separate online auction later this year to fund their event. Details to come!

And on the topic of fundraising, please consider designating Kentwood PTSA as your charity of choice if you shop at Fred Meyer, QFC, or Kroger to earn money for our PTSA automatically whenever you shop. Simply log into your account, click on Rewards, then click on Community Rewards. Search for "Kentwood High School Community PTSA" and click Enroll. Email treasurer@kentwoodcommunityptsa.org if you have any questions.
